What is your Return Policy?

All Sports Medical has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers can return any un-used products purchased from All Sports Medical up to 30 days after receipt of the order.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please package merchandise securely and in original packaging, using Fed Ex, UPS, or US Postal Service Insured.

Items returned without the original packaging, or after the 30 days after receipt of order will have to be approved. If the return is approved, it will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Please keep the tracking number in a secure place.

Please provide the following information on the reverse side of the packing list: - Item returned and reason for return - Preference of refund or exchange (include item requested) - Customer Account number and Email address - Address and Phone Number
