Mouthguard Buying Guide
Mouthguards are recommended by the American Dental Association for physical and dangerous sports, including Rugby and Football. Players need protective gear such as mouthguards to help protect them and prolong their playing career. Mouthguards help protect teeth and reduce concussions. They also help to keep you from biting your tongue.
To fit a mouthguard insert the new mouthguard into boiling water and submerge it completely for 30 seconds. Once the mouthguard has become soft and pliable insert it into the players mouth and have the player bite on it with the jaws in a comfortable position. Remove the mouthguard after 30 seconds and rinse it off in cold water to preserve the custom fit. Let the mouthguard cool and harden before using it in practice or a game, to allow for best possible protection of the player.

Care Guide
This product is made out of materials sensitive to high heat. If you need to clean it, use a tooth brush and cold tap water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature.
